Description: Height of 6 foot-even, albino with shoulder length hair that she wears down and wild. She has a crazed look about her all the time with wide, pink eyes and is almost always smiling about one thing or another. She has four different transmutation circles; one on her right index finger used to do a small soul attachment like the one described above. The one on her left index finger is used to retract the soul prematurely. These two are known to the military. The other two are tattooed onto her shoulder blades and are activated when she performs alchemy to fuse two animals together into a chimera or a human and an animal together for a human hybrid, depending on which she uses.
Born to a wealthy family, her father was an alchemist and taught her alchemy when she was a teenager. She was determined to do soul attachment alchemy and it took her five years to do it properly, nearly loosing her own soul in the process. She later perfected it and went on to become a state alchemist.
Jaise entered the military the year proceeding the Ishablan massacre. She never was sent out into the battle field as she didn’t know any combat alchemy but was used several times to gather intelligence with her dolls. She owns nearly fifty different types, all with various purposes and was the one who gave the military the information needed to infiltrate the various cities they destroyed.
After the war she went back to the usual mundane duties as a state alchemist. She read the reports about Tuckers chimera that could speak in the human tongue and after speaking to him about it she was quick to figure out what had happened to the chimera and his wife. Although, she never confronted Tucker about it or told her superiors. She instead used the information to fuel a new hobby. Interested in the prospect of chimera transmutation she preformed many experiments with cats, dogs, birds and various types of rodents to create chimeras. After several years of this she became bored and started to toy with the idea of creating a human chimera like Tucker had. Her first transmutation of this sort was with an orphaned child who had been sleeping in the alley behind her house and a snake she had bought the previous day. The transmutation went horribly wrong and the chimera didn’t leave the circle alive. But not to be daunted by her failure, she tried again and again, being very cautious about the humans and animals she used but as time went on she became cocky and careless. She had created three successful chimeras but after only a year of being held captive by the crazed alchemist, they tried to escape. She killed two but a third got free and reached central. Although the chimera was later executed by the state to erase all evidence of Jaises’ ‘hobby’ she was found out and was to be arrested and imprisoned. She escaped central city and started living on the run in various towns. She is still wanted by the military for performing illegal human transmutations and murder.
