"Are you sure?" Alphonse asked with worry. "You look a little pale..." He commented as he followed her through the busy streets towards the plaza. He looked around the large area, wondering how he could have not found it by himself. It seemed so simple. A few quick turns, and there it was; An entire plaza, dedicated towards food, drinks, and similar things. Not one automail shop in sight. Had it not been for the dozens of people with automail limbs, he might’ve mistaken the plaza for another town.

Shaking her head at his offer, she smiled up at him, "I-I'm fine...I just need to sit down for...for a minute," she told him, plopping down on the sidewalk much to the annoyance of others meandering along the plaza. Slumping down, she felt much like a street beggar, but shook the feeling off, trying to regain her strenght for a moment. Glancing up at Al, she forced another grin, "I'll be good as new in a minute," she assured him, wanting more than anything to rid herself of the heavy, baggy coveralls that made the heat even worse.

“Winry?” Alphonse said in a fearful voice. He kneeled down to her side, putting a hand on her shoulder. “I can carry you back to Garfiel’s shop.” He offered, hiding his uncertainty and fear. “I can get the milk some other time- We need to get you out of this heat…” He said, glancing around at the people walking around them apologetically. He almost never had to worry about Edward in a situation like this. He would’ve whined enough to make the stop long before he became as ill as Winry had.

"Hm?" she asked drowsily as she heard her name echoed from the inside of Al's armor. His tone showed fear as he clasped a leather hand on her shoulder. At his offer, she sighed. He had obviously noticed that she was getting heat exhaustion, so there was no use hiding it now, "Thanks...I don't think I can make the walk back..." she admitted. Then, as he mentioned the milk and needing to get her out of the heat, she shrugged, "Don't worry about the milk, it was going bad..." she told him softly, patting his shoulder. Then, at the statement about getting her out of the heat, she nodded, knowing she had been seen through already.

Relieved by her corporation, Alphonse nodded. “Okay.” He said, “Can you hold the bag in your lap while I carry you?” He asked, worry increased. She didn’t look any better; even after sitting for a moment. He scooped her up in his metal arms off the street, apologizing to people once more. He hoped that the bag wouldn’t cause her discomfort., then again, how comfortable could metal be? The option of carrying her on his back was possible, however, then he had no way of carrying the bag. He avoided the stares from people in the plaza as he made his way quickly down the streets in which he’d followed Winry through.

Nodding at his request to hold the bag, she kept it firmly in place as Al began walking down the street. As he scooped her up, she felt as if she were trapped underwater, her head spinning and her body feeling very heavy. "Thank you, Alphonse-kun," she murmured to him as she helped direct him back to Garfiel's. They must've been a sight to see: a boy in a giant suit of armor cradeling a pale girl clutching onto a bag of cat supplies as he walked down the street. She inwardly cursed herself for not being able to fend off illness in the humid, hot weather of Rush Valley and causing so much trouble.

Without Winry’s guidance, Alphonse knew he would’ve never made it back to Garfiel’s shop. At least, not that fast. Once Al spotted the shop from further down the street, he couldn’t help but call out, “There it is!” happily. He had been truly worried for a while, desperately hoping in her daze, Winry wasn’t giving him the wrong directions. “We’re almost there. Just hold on Winry.” He said, looking down at her for a moment. Nearing the shop, Alphonse called for Edward. “Brother?…Brother?” Al stepped into the main mechanical area, shaded from the sun, where it wasn’t as hot.

((Want me to e-mail Edward and see if he's on?)) Grinning lightly as Al exclaimed that he had spotted the shop, she patted his shoulder weakly once more, "Good job, Al..." she complimented softly. As he reassured her that they were almost back, she nodded, her fingers finding their way up to the locket around her neck, "I think I'll be able to make it, then..." she trailed off. Washed over with relief from the heat as he brought her into the shop, she sighed. Edward was nowhere to be seen, which made her panic in the slightest, "Where is he?" she asked, sounding a bit punch-drunk.

Alphonse set Winry down on the ground, not trusting her, being so light headed, to remain balanced on a stool. He took the bag of cat supplied out of her lap and placed it aside. “He might have fallen asleep…I’ll go check-” He said, beginning to move towards the other rooms. He paused and bent over Winry, holding himself up by placing his hands on his knees. “Would you like some water, Winry?” He asked, still some what worried.

Collapsing onto the floor as Al gently set her there, she flashed him an appreciative grin, "Thanks again...Sorry for the trouble..." she told him, guilt in her wobbly voice. As Al suggested that he might be sleeping, she felt much more comforted as he searched the shop for him. Anxiously waiting for a response from him, she held tightly to the locket, deep in thought. That is, until Alphonse bent down next to her, hands on his knees, "A glass of water would be great," she replied. The heat combined with running to catch up with Alphonse had been rather cruel to her...

Edward had indeed fallen asleep, after Winry decided to go find Alphonse which was surprising to him,he could have managed it himself, just hand him a map and everything would be alright but Winry knew this place better then himself. He really didn't know when she'd be back,so why not catch a few zzz's huh they could wake him up after they came back.

Glancing around the empty room, she sighed. Where the hell was he?! "Edward..." she called out loudly with her remaining strength.

"Huh what I swear I didn't drink,oh i'm still in this shop....must have fallen asleep,I wonder what Winry wants looks like she found Alphonse and came back,no use sleeping now".
Standing up he went to the source of her voice, coming into view he noticed she looked different rather not well, running over to her he looked to Alphonse then back to Winry had something happened.
"What the hell......Winry are you alright, what happened to you,Alphonse would care to put it in words I would clearly understand".

Perking her head up slowly as she heard Ed walk into the room, she smiled. Good, he hadn't gone off looking for Alphonse as well. With that cleared up, she sighed in relief. As he ran up to her, he noticed he looked a little anxious. As he began to ask several questions, she raised her hand and took his, "It's okay...I just got a little sick from all of this heat when I was looking for Alphonse...He took care of me though, and he even carried me back...I'm fine," she told him, wanting to make sure he knew that she was okay.
